1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of hexabug.com, which is operated by Hexabug Technologies OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (registry code [registry code to confirm]), at [registered address to confirm], Tallinn, Estonia. By using the website, you agree to these terms. They cover the website only; any project we deliver for you is covered by a separate written agreement.
2. Using the website
You may browse the website and share links to it. You must not misuse it, for example by trying to break its security, overloading it, sending spam or malicious content through the contact form, or scraping it in a way that harms its operation.
3. Content and intellectual property
The website's text, design, images, video and code belong to Hexabug or are used with permission from their owners, including our clients. Client names, logos and product images appear with their permission and remain theirs. You may not copy or reuse this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Case studies and figures describe past and ongoing work in good faith. They are information, not an offer or a guarantee of results.
4. Third-party services and links
The contact form is handled by Formspree and call bookings by Calendly. When you use them, their own terms and privacy policies also apply. Links to other websites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
5. No warranty
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or up to date.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Hexabug is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes will be heard by Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), unless mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in the courts where you live.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Questions: hello@hexabug.com.
